Board meetings are normally held on the 4th Monday of each month, beginning at 4 p.m. at the Academy.

Grand Valley State University serves as the Academy's Authorizer, granting us an initial charter in 2000
for 10 years; renewed in 2010 for 7 years.

The Academy does not contract with any Management Company for oversight services.
