Welcome to another wonderful year here at WayPoint!  On behalf of the Board of Directors, administration and staff here at WayPoint, I welcome you to the Home of the Navigators...WayPoint...a public school academy in the State of Michigan, servicing students in grades 6-12 in the Greater West Michigan area.  We're very proud of our 8 year history...a history rich in student achievement; a history rich in effective teaching and learning.

We strive for continuous improvement...making progress each and every day as we continually work to create a school where students feel welcomed, valued and cared about; where they know they are important and have gifts to share...and potential to realize.

I am beginning my 35th years as an educator...and I've never been so excited!  It just doesn't get better than working with these wonderful and fine young people.  And have I mentioned that we have THE BEST STAFF IN THE COUNTY!  WayPoint is filled with adults who are committed and dedicated to the success of ALL children.

We are better today than we were yesterday...and not quite as good as we're going to be tomorrow...as we put into our practice our belief in continuous improvement.
